The ADDISCO Latin Summer School is open to all students, teachers and other participants from any level or country.
During the ADDISCO Summer School you will be learning Latin with an active and fun method from two teachers who are as knowledgable as they are enthusiastic and have been speaking and teaching Latin for at least ten years.
Each week is suitable for participants with a certain level of active knowledge of Latin:
Mini-Summer School Latin for participants between 9-19 years old
Participants: with little or no experience with listening or speaking Latin

Program: Learning all cases of Latin substantives, basic knowledge of verbs
Latin Summer School WEEK 1 // Beginners
Participants: 19+ with little or no experience with listening or speaking Latin and little or no knowledge of Latin grammar

Program: Listening, reading and speaking at a base level with the method Lingua Latina per se illustrata - Familia Romana. Halfway through the week we will visit Xanten in Germany for a Latin excursion.
Latin Summer School WEEK 2 // listening & speaking level 1
Participants: participants with full (passive) knowledge of Latin grammar and a reasonable vocabulary, but with little or no experience with listening to and speaking Latin

Participants: participants with full (passive) knowledge of Latin grammar and a reasonable vocabulary, and some experience with listening to and speaking Latin

Latin Summer School WEEK 4 // listening and speaking level 3
Participants: participants with full (passive) knowledge of Latin grammar and a reasonable vocabulary, and much experience with listening to and speaking Latin

Program: Listening, reading, writing and speaking at an advanced level with focus on reading and writing like famous Romans. Halfway through the week we will visit Xanten in Germany for a Latin excursion.
In week 1-4 it is possible to rent a room in the hotel where the lessons take place. Meals and drinks are provided during the week. The language spoken by teachers and participants during the weeks is Latin.
